Equipment history lives on the asset. Due preventative plans create PM work orders.
Inventory
Consuming a part decrements on-hand quantity and writes a transaction. Totals are server-side CAD cents.

An organization sees only its requests, work orders, assets, and quotes.
Invoice-ready
Completed jobs with billable time or parts roll up labor, travel, parts, and 5% GST.
